Price and team size
- Printavo Lite: $109/month for 2 users and 20 quotes or invoices a month.
- Printavo Standard: $244/month for 5 users, unlimited quotes, plus automations, pricing matrices and quote and artwork approvals.
- Printavo Premium: priced on request, 20 users, extra users $19/month each.
- InkTracker: one plan, $99/month or $999/year, unlimited employees and unlimited quotes, every feature included.
If you're a two-person shop that sends fewer than 20 quotes a month, the gap is small. Past that, per-user pricing and quote caps are where the two diverge: a five-person shop is looking at $244/month on Printavo Standard and $99 on InkTracker.
QuickBooks
Printavo's pricing page says it exports invoices, customers and payments to QuickBooks Online every 2 to 3 hours. InkTracker syncs invoices, payments and customers with QuickBooks Online as they change, and payments recorded in QuickBooks come back to InkTracker.
Garment pricing
InkTracker pulls the current per-piece cost from S&S Activewear, SanMar and AS Colour while you build a quote, and can place the blank order with the supplier from a purchase order. Printavo Standard includes pricing matrices and product catalogs; see Printavo for how its catalog prices are kept current.
Where Printavo fits better
- Online stores. Printavo Merch adds team and fundraiser stores (listed at $109/month extra). InkTracker doesn't have online stores.
- Configurable automations. Printavo Standard and Premium include automations you set up yourself. InkTracker's workflow is fixed: art approval, blanks, pre-press, printing, done.
- Track record. Printavo has been around much longer and has a large user community.
Where InkTracker fits better
- Flat price as you grow. Adding your fifth, eighth or twelfth person costs nothing.
- Live blank costs from S&S, SanMar and AS Colour on every quote.
- Broker and partner shops. A broker portal with per-broker pricing, and shop-to-shop subcontracting at agreed rates.
- Built in a working shop. InkTracker runs Biota Mfg, a screen-print shop in Reno, every day.
Switching
Your customer list exports from Printavo as a CSV and imports into InkTracker, which skips duplicates. If your books are in QuickBooks, your invoice and payment history stays there either way.
